Please allow 72 hours for order processing unless an item is listed as a pre-order. All orders ship from London, United Kingdom. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. Shipping times vary by destination, but are generally between 1 and 8 business days. Customers placing an international order are responsible for paying import duties and taxes, as determined by the destination country. Please submit any questions you might have about paying import fees via the contact form before purchasing an item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

Returns or exchanges are only facilitated based on fit and size issues or for defective items. If you would like return or exchange the item you have purchased, please do so within 28 days after receiving it. Kindly email ekatzelentsova@gmail.com for any queries regarding returns and exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Full refunds will be processed immediately after the item has been sent back with tracking, but please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please ensure that a return product is dispatched in its original condition, unworn, unused and/or unaltered, with its tags attached. Please note that the customer must cover the cost of return shipping.
